Friends
During the past 7 years we have made many friends within the burn community. These friends have shown us support, love & guidance. They have taught us that we can help those who have been affected by fire, and just how much burn survivors can teach all of us. I have been blessed to spend much time with many of them, and this past summer I had the time of my life as I volunteered for the first time at the Children’s Burn Camp in Union, CT.

Trial By Fire: Lives Re-Forged
TRIAL BY FIRE: Lives Re-Forged explores the lives of ordinary people who face extraordinary challenges after being burned by fire. They emerged from the experience, not as victims, but as survivors reclaiming first their lives and then their dreams. When you forge metal with fire it becomes stronger - it turns out, the same is true of people.
